With hooded eyelids the problem is that the hood covers up the makeup that you have applied. And you feel there is no sense to apply eyeshadow.
And NO, this facial feature is not just restricted to Asians, a lot of people from other races have it as well. While you can be born with it, some people develop it over time due to age as the skin starts sagging.
For a basic look you’ll need:
-A matte brown eye shadow
-Kajal pencil to tight line your eyes
-Finish off with some mascara
For a party: just build up on the same look by smoking it out or adding some coloured shadow.
